What a glorious day to have a rugby blitz! The teachers weren't frozen solid!
The children in 5th and 6th classes made five teams of eight and represented our school wonderfully showing respect and sportsmanship to all opponents.
The blitz was non-competitive which meant everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Tallanstown, Scoil Bhríde, Scoil Mhuire na Trócaire, Heronstown, Ardee Educate Together, Ballapousta, Collon and ourselves displayed great skills.
A huge thank you to Ian Stewart, Ardee Rugby Club and Ardee Community School for organising this event. Looking forward to next year's already!
