Spring has sprung and the planting has begun! On March 11th we had the opportunity to plant lettuce seeds in the polytunnel under the watchful eye of Mr. Rogers. They were TINY! Reminded us of sesame seeds on burger buns. Hopefully we have some wonderful produce for summer salads.
